Mara began her real estate career in 2009, joining the Mendham Office in 2013. Drawn to Turpin's professional and cohesive business approach to real estate, she brings an extensive background in the mortgage and title aspects of real estate. Her experiences include working as an account executive at Beneficial; a mortgage loan officer whose territory included Morris County; and regional administrator for a nationwide title company. These positions give her an enviable skill set in management, client service, home finance, training, direct sales and communications.

A Mendham resident for many years, Mara can share personal insights about topics of interest such as local schools, commuting, neighborhoods and price ranges. She attended high school in Mendham and returned to the township to raise her own children, who are enrolled in the local public schools.

Mara has dual B.S. degrees in economics and marketing from High Point University in North Carolina. Her real estate course work has included National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics training, and she holds a New Jersey Title Insurance license.

Active in the community, Mara and her husband have two daughters. She has volunteered locally at Mendham Township Middle School as co-chair of the Cultural Arts committee, and was a Girl Scout troop leader. She serves on the membership and tennis committees at the Mendham Golf and Tennis Club, where she is also a member. In her free time she enjoys playing paddle, tennis and golf.
