Marc Bellora

Marc Bellora joined Lamacchia Realty as a Broker Associate in June 2024, bringing over 20 years of experience in commercial, multi-family investment, condominium, and residential real estate transactions. A graduate of Ithaca College with a concentration in Economics, as well as holding a Master’s in Business Administration, Marc is well-equipped to analyze market trends and investment opportunities, ensuring his clients are strategically positioned whether buying or selling.

In 2023, Marc successfully completed all requirements and examinations to obtain his Broker license. Throughout his career, he has assisted clients with the acquisition and sale of premier residential properties in the Berkshires, investment properties, vacant land, and condominiums. Additionally, Marc owns and operates On Point Management, a real estate management company specializing in managing condominium associations and investment properties.

As both an investor and manager of multiple condominium associations, Marc possesses a comprehensive understanding of what to look for when purchasing properties—ranging from financials to meeting minutes—and is skilled in pricing assets to achieve optimal results in the shortest possible timeframe. His commitment to customer service and transparency, core principles of On Point Management, are seamlessly integrated into his approach at Lamacchia Realty.

A native of the Berkshires, Marc currently resides in Lanesboro with his family, bringing his extensive local knowledge to every transaction.
