Marcia Krebs

Growing up, Marcia enjoyed going with her mom to show houses, who was a real estate agent in Virginia. Later in life, Marcia worked in the construction industry. First for a residential reconstruction/remodeling company, then later for a commercial roofing company and finally for a commercial paving company. It was only a few months after getting her real estate license that she made the switch to being a full time real estate agent. In her first year, Marcia was named "Rookie of the Year" and has enjoyed continued success throughout her career. Marcia is a bulldog when it comes to negotiating, and her stats show it! Marcia's goal is to make sure that all of her clients are completely educated so that when they make any decisions throughout the home buying process, they are comfortable with their decisions.
