I have a long career in the real estate and construction industries. I was licensed in California in 1977, received my Broker's license in 1989, I have previously also been licensed in Nevada and Hawaii. For several years I was actively involved with Aero West Construction, Inc. a California construction company that specialized in the construction of commercial tenant improvement and racket-ball clubs and fitness centers in Southern California, as well building several residential properties and home improvement projects.
