Marcus Duphily

Marcus Duphily is a veteran full-time REALTOR® at Patterson-Schwartz Real Estate. He has successfully closed hundreds of millions of dollars in listings and sales. He is licensed to list and sell real estate from the Beaches & Resort Areas of Southern Delaware to the Northernmost areas of Delaware and Southern Chester County, PA. His primary office is located in Greenville, DE, but since Delaware is so small and Pennsylvania is so close, he lists and sells properties all throughout the Southern Chester County area.

Marcus is a lifetime member of the NCCBOR® - New Castle County Board of REALTORS® Multi-Million Dollar Club and has received multiple awards and accommodations for excellent service and participation in our local real estate profession. He served as a chairperson on the NCCBOR® Professional Standards Committee & Public Policy Committee. Most recently, he has been honored with America's Best Real Estate Agents Award by REAL Trends.
