Marcy was recommended by a friend who was familiar with her work. I'm in my seventies, was overwhelmed by the effort it took to manage my house now since medical conditions started to be more intense. I had been in the house for 26 years and enjoyed it, until I didn't. I needed to downsize and find somewhere with no stairs and smaller. I needed to get rid of excess furniture and belongings, too. Marcy evaluated my property, gave direction on what had to be done in the house for a quick sale. She got me in touch with an Estate Sale Agent (The Perfect Find Estate Sales), and helped me manage the ups and downs of the home selling process. Marcy is energetic, knowledgeable, a great problem solver and negotiator. She uses all the modern technology and techniques to get your home in front of as many eyes as possible. She's upbeat and optimistic and I needed that because the process of selling my house was an eye-opening experience and not enjoyable for me. She was always able to explain what was needed from us and why. I can recommend her wholeheartedly and I'm a bit of a fussy customer.
