Couldn't have had a better experience! I'm very grateful & lucky to have had Margaret on my side, as a buyers agent, helping me with my first purchase! I was in the market for a loooong time with another agent. I had a career change and took some time off of the hunt. When I resumed, I did so with Margaret by my side. The other agent wasn't bad, but held no comparison to Margaret. It's a very competitive market and she helped me get into my dream house! Something I would not have achieved with the other agent. I would recommend her 1000x over to anyone looking to sell or buy, she is absolutely FANTASTIC!!!

After looking at homes in eastern Mass, we went back to the Berkshires and contacted Margaret again. As before, Margaret was knowledgeable, very professional and personable. She had us up and running immediately. We were buying from afar without seeing the homes, so she did a great job of informing us about the properties. She guided us in submitting three bids in about a week. Third time was a charm (were were beaten out by overbidding cash only buyers) and when we finally went to visit it we were very pleased and had no surprises. Margaret is smart, a go-getter, very astute about real estate laws and regulations, and very knowledgeable about the area. Don't waste your time with agents that on-line real estate sites link you to.

Margaret is the ultimate professional. Our transaction was a bit out of the ordinary as we as sellers were 350 miles away and there were times when things needed to be done on the property. Margaret was always ready to engage the appropriate tradesmen and supervise the work. She also made accommodations for the prospective buyer to get work done prior to closing; a tricky thing if not handled correctly. She managed it all with finesse and good grace.

So, if you want the best, put Margaret at the top of your list.

Margaret has been such an amazing person to help me and my friends to find our new homes! As first time home buyer, I didn’t feel like I am sure of the process and which steps I should do in which order, but Margaret helped me through it all and made sure I am on top of everything I need to accomplish because she is extremely organized, knowledgeable and well-connected from carpenters, electricians to plumbers, you name it and she’s always very responsive to answer all my questions. Thank god for Margaret. We met when she represented the couple who sold their house to us and I liked her so much I asked her to represent me when I sold my old house. She knows exactly what needs doing and how to do it. I worked in a real estate-related field for over a decade and met and worked with many realtors and after a week of trying the For Sale by Owner bit (I do not recommend it), I declared, "I'm calling Margaret!" So glad I did! You should too!
