I regularly flip one house per year. For various reasons I had to change realtors for 2021. I had a very good experience having Maggie list and sell my property on 1-7-22. Maggie communicated well with me, prepared actual comps when we determined a listing price and Maggie had superior pictures taken of my property for our listing. Maggie was always professional and punctual when dealing with me. I give Maggie and her team an A plus.

Maggie was such a great help and asset in selling my mother's home. I live out of town and she seamlessly guided me thru the process and made all the steps so convenient for me. Literally a zoom call and signing online documents and we were on our way. Maggie acted quickly to get the house listed and in less than a week, we had an offer. From start to finish was about a month and the final sale price was more than I had hoped for. I highly recommend Maggie Gerich for anyone looking for a kind, professional and effective real estate agent. You won't have any regrets. Maggie and her team were great at responding very quickly to ANY questions or concerns we had, and there were many! Maggie went above and beyond to communicate with us and push the sale of our house.
The buyer of our property was very difficult to work with and contacted Maggie 1.5 hours before our closing demanding that some things be removed from the outside of the house before closing time. Sherri and her husband literally went to the house themselves and made sure the items were removed.
We will be selling another home sometime soon, and we will definitely have Maggie as our realtor again.
She is so fun to work with and very understanding as well.

During a very crazy housing market she was able to work with us and get us in quickly to see homes that interested us, and kept us very up to date with what was on the market! My family moved to Tennessee and had to sell our house in Michigan. I found Maggie through Dave Ramsey's ELP. She was very prompt in responding to messages. Maggie made selling our home in Michigan easy from 700 miles away. She provided us with the information we needed to make informed decisions, the help we needed to understand the selling process, and had our home sold in less than 2 months. We received 2 offers and took the one that was 4% over asking price, this was in 2020 with all the Covid craziness going on between November and December with the election. Maggie laid out a plan to sell our house, not flinching when there were rough times, and sold our house. I would use Maggie as our realtor again and recommend her to help guide you through your Realestate process.
