I was completely clueless on how to start, and Margaret helped me narrow down exactly what to look for. She took me to see several houses and different places, and was constantly on the lookout whenever something that was worth looking at would appear on the market. She also had an excellent read on the speed that properties would appear and disappear at, and helped me find the perfect place.

Margaret ("Peggy") Medvich and her realtor partner, Chad Apap, guided us through the challenging process of remotely purchasing a townhouse in Ann Arbor during a red-hot market. They are a great team -- they took the time to understand our specific buying motivations, were very patient as we sifted through various neighborhoods and types of properties (townhouses, single family homes, etc.), gave us excellent virtual tours of properties, were very responsive (crucial during quickly-moving market conditions) and provided excellent advice during the offer/counter offer process. Throughout the buying process we felt like we were "there" -- and that they had our back. Two thumbs up for both of them.
