About Margaret
A third-generation Texan, Margaret Motheral is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in Education. Margaret grew up in Houston, but she has called Fort Worth home since 1973.
Margaret emphasizes the importance of being a good listener to create a solution where everyone benefits for both sides. Her calm demeanor makes Margaret a trusted advisor who brings confidence to her clients as they strive to make the right decision. Margaret's initial exposure to real estate occurred when the mayor of Fort Worth asked her husband to start an organization, known today as Near South Side, Inc. Its purpose was to initiate the rehabilitation of the blighted hospital district and the once lovely Magnolia Avenue. Today, this thriving hotspot is a highly sought location for businesses, restaurants, and residential living alike. As a community volunteer,
Margaret has been involved in many local organizations. She was a founding member of the Doris Kupferle Breast Board at Harris Hospital and served on the boards of the Junior League of Fort Worth and Fort Worth Academy. She is a member of Jewel Charity Ball, Lecture Foundation of Fort Worth, a Life Member of Texas Exes, and Colonial Country Club. Margaret currently resides with her husband in the Overton Park area of Fort Worth.
