Margaret Reagan

Margaret is a lifelong resident of Live Oak County. She grew up in Three Rivers and went on to earn a Bachelor of Education degree from Southwest Texas State University. After teaching for several years, her entrepreneurial spirit led her to establish the county's first franchise motel-Best Western George West. It was there Margaret discovered her true passion: exceptional customer service. Over the years, the motel has earned recognition for its outstanding hospitality, guided by her motto: " We treat our guest like family" George West is where she raised her two daughters, both now teachers at GWISD, and where she married the love of her life Thad Reagan, in 2024- also a lifelong resident of Live Oak Co. Family and community are at the heart of everything she does. Her six grandchildren are active in both academic and sports, and Margaret rarely misses their events -unless she's busy helping a client find the property of their dreams. Four years ago, she earned her real estate license discovering a new passion that blends her love of people and business. Her motto says it best: " I can find you a bed, an apartment. a home, a ranch or the perfect location to start your own business.
