About Margaret
Meg Roth has been selling real estate in Doylestown since 2003. She graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Elementary Education and taught for 6 years before starting a family. She and her husband, Greg, moved to Doylestown in 1990 after a Sunday drive led them to Main Street, Doylestown and they were enchanted by this sweet town.
Meg was lucky to have stayed home with her three children until they were all school age and then launched her career in Real Estate. Meg comes from a family of REALTOR®s! Her mother started Real Estate when Meg was ten and only just retired. Her aunt is also a successful agent in Atlanta. Her sister is an appraiser in Northeastern PA. Meg has been awarded the Five Star Real Estate Award for the Philadelphia Area every year since 2012. This is an elite group representing less than 2% of the licensed agents in the Philadelphia area and posted in the September 2012 issue of Philadelphia Magazine is happy each day in her job as a REALTOR®. She loves "matching" people with their ideal living space, and she adores establishing new relationships.
This job is a great mix of all the things that matter most to Meg. She thrives on connecting with people and is thrilled to help them with one of the most important decisions they will ever make! She is also keenly interested in design, layout, architecture, and color and this helps with marketing and staging properties. She has developed a core group of exceptional support people to help her buyers and sellers move through the moving process with ease. She is fortunate to be part of a Class-Harlan Real Estate, a boutique agency in the heart of Historic Doylestown Borough. She also is fortunate to have the support of three excellent agents at Class-Harlan: Cyndi Zglenski, Melanie Rush and Christine Cole. We all strive to give the best service to our clients!
Meg received her SRES Designation or "Senior Real Estate Specialist". This course helps her to better understand the needs of the Senior population, one of the fastest growing populations. Meg is especially drawn to this population with their wisdom and great life experience. When Meg is not selling Real Estate, she is with her family, walking with friends, or doing yoga. She loves to give back to the community.
