Margaret Tsanais

My experience in real estate began in 1997 when I joined the RE/MAX Metro team as a managing owner of the company. I came from a Special Events background, where I worked at the Museum of Fine Arts for many years and managed people and events. My skillset in working closely with people, contracts, and managing details allowed me to shift seamlessly into being a realtor. Focusing on the the individual needs of my clients and providing exemplary service is my focus. I am a Native Houstonian, specializing in the inner-city neighborhoods of Houston, now expanded out South and West from the Beltway. I have also familiarized myself with West Houston, Friendswood, Pearland, Katy, and Sugarland areas. My familiarity with neighborhoods, demographics, and schools gives me an upper-hand in servicing my clients. The core of my business is referral-based, treating all of my clients as I would treat a family member.
