I want to make sure that for anyone looking for professional and personable guidance with real estate, Margarita Burgos is a great choice. We had moved several times over the years and have had many experiences with other brokers. When it came time to sell our last house, we worked with Margarita who was a referral from another friend. Margarita proved that she was knowledgeable (a tremendous understanding of the area) and kept us informed and updated during the entire process. We were able to find the right offer, negotiate a fair price, and close much sooner than I had expected (saving us time and money).
