She did such an AMAZING job, so when we recently had a different property to sell in Manteca, we knew immediately that we wanted to work with her again! Margeley was so attentive to our every need in the sale of this house. It needed a rehab before putting on the market and Margeley handled all of the rehab for us. She had amazing contacts with contractors and others, and they rehabbed the house beautifully and within budget! She also has given me great advice over the years regarding a family trust and also was very knowledgeable about the market and got us a top price for our properties. This will be an interesting review. Margeley is not our realtor but, in the last 8 years we have sold three homes. Margeley has brought us buyers to two of them. Margeley is awesome, she returns calls quick, she is professional, she is a woman of her word and she is fun! After she brought us the first buyer back in 2016, we stayed in contact. When we were about to sell our home in Riverbank, we received a call that a family was really wanting to preview our home. I asked our realtor who is the buyers realtor? When he told me her name, I quickly looked it up and sure enough, it was our Margeley! I called her that night and told her that we were the sellers. It was great. To whom it may concern;

It would be almost impossible to overstate the degree to which my experience with Margerley was extraordinary. I was referred to her by a friend Steve Ashman as I was new to the area and had no idea whom to turn to for assistance. Some notes.
1: responsiveness was extraordinary. I do not think 4 hours every passed between my query and her reply, including on weekends and nights; 20 minutes passing was unusual.
2: professionalism: she knew EVERYTHING, and her professionalism was so widely known someone accepted our offer at $5k less than a competitors just because they knew working with Margerley would be smooth and easy and save on trouble. We also had a nonstandard title issue, and we barely even noticed it she handled it so smoothly.
3: attitude: Margerley is always upbeat, including when i called to basically complain about issues with other, opposite real estate agents or various underwriters, and for no substantive purpose at all.
4: she has an insanely high amount of cool "little touches", like making sure that we had a fun closing party, that when she was on vacation there were multiple other agents to.make sure we were always taken care of, that she provided masks and booties if someone needed that before we were there...

Again, it would be almost impossible for me to over recommend Margerley. She will be our real estate agent for pretty much as long as she feels like being our real estate agent, and ibwould never even consider another unless she told me I was moving to far away or the equivalent. I realize it sounds corny, but do yourself a favor and call margerley if you are looking for a house.
