Margi Houghton

Margi grew up in the Northwest and she has lived in Skagit County for over 36 years. She has been a real estate broker for over 20 years, and she has an extensive knowledge of the area and real estate market. Real estate is a full-time business for her. She continues her real estate education and certifications and maintains an active real estate license. In addition to her real estate education, she has a Bachelor of Fine Arts. Her photography and computer graphics background has helped her in producing high quality, professional marketing for her clients. She owes her success to many factors, including her fastidious attention to detail and high level of personal service, her use of the latest technologies and software, her high ethical standards, and going the extra mile to help her clients achieve their goals. She takes her job seriously and excels at her marketing, presentation, and representation. Hobbies:
Margi enjoys going to art galleries and museums, hiking in the mountains, and going for walks with her dogs on the beach. A good book in the evening is a peaceful way to end the day.
