Margo Davis

Margo married Sam Davis her best friend 38 years ago, worked in a family business for 22 years then ventured into banking for several years. She then decided to pursue a career in Real Estate, something she knew she was meant to do a long time ago. In 2006 she received her Texas Real Estate license. In 2012 she became a broker and in January 2013 her husband and she opened Sam-Mar Ranch Realty, LLC in Blanco, Texas. 2015 Sam & she decided to open another chapter in their life that is to purchase real estate in New Mexico and move to the Ruidoso area. A dream of theirs for many years… After living in Ruidoso for 14 months they decided it was too cold and most of all they missed TEXAS! They realized the small town of Blanco was their home. They sold their property in NM and moved back to Blanco in December 2017. They re-opened Sam-Mar Ranch Realty, LLC. As a real estate broker her goal is to help your dreams come true.
