Marguerite Marrs

Marguerite Marrs has been working full-time in Real Estate in Puget Sound for over 10 years. She currently is a Director with Keller Williams Realty, Commercial Division, and has been with Keller Williams as a commercial agent since April 2006. She is a top producing agent, and her sales are in the top five percent of her market center. She serves on the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) and is the Market Center Chairperson of the K.W. Cares Committee. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Seattle King County Association of Realtors, the Commercial Broker’s Association, the Northwest Multiple Listing Service and CREW (Commercial Real Estate Woman). She is also a former Vice President of her LeTip, International Chapter. In February of 2010, Marguerite was honored nationally by receiving a “Cultural Icon” award at a ceremony held at KW’s annual Family Reunion in New Orleans, LA. For her charity work and leadership role within the Bothell Market Center. These awards were present by the CEO, and Co-Chairman of Keller Williams International.
Marguerite’s focus in Commercial Real Estate is on Commercial Sales, Leasing, (both listings and tenant representation), Property Management and the sale of small Business Opportunities. She currently manages four commercial properties with a total market value of over $20,000.000. She is also the exclusive leasing agent for these properties as well as many others within the Puget Sound Region.
