merz90 // Transferred Endorsement from Zillow Marguerite succeed where others did not. I was feeling discouraged about our ability to sell in a timely fashion, and Marguerite did not disappoint. When issues arose near to close, she managed to make it all happen on time. I would recommend her to anyone trying to sell a home in the Cedar Valley.

jolynnstoneking // Transferred Endorsement from Zillow Marguerite was an excellent realtor. She knew her stuff, and what she didn't know (because of my loan type), she learned. She responded quickly to all of my questions and worked well with my lender. If I was buying another house in the near future ( which I shouldn't be! :)) I would choose her. I would recommend her to other family and friends that are looking to buy.

Marguerite was always very pleasant and seemed to have a genuine appreciation for the business we gave her. She was very approachable and happy to answer questions. We have been impressed with her dedication to us as clients, but even more impressed with her follow-up after the closing (when most realtors fall off the face of the Earth...after they've been paid). Since we are new to the area, we have asked her for names and numbers of local contractors, plumbers, electricians, etc. and she has really come through for us. I think the fact that she continues to build bridges with her clients even after the sale is done is a testament to her work ethic. The only critique I could offer would be that during the process of looking for a home, emluger //Transferred Endorsement from Zillow I felt somewhat overwhelmed trying to choose homes online (we were not at all familiar with Waterloo and lived over 200 miles away) that I thought might be good to look at and it would've been helpful if she would've brought some properties to our attention that she was familiar with and felt that we would really like based on more specific criteria than just the standard 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage type criteria. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Marguerite, and will be hiring her again for any other local moves we might make in the future.
