We used Mari Armstrong to sell our home in Murrell's Inlet, SC. We would highly recommend Mari. She did an amazing job! Her Market Analysis was spot on along with tips on staging and excellent photography of our home. The write up she did on our home was remarkably appealing for when a buyer would read it. Mari walked us through every step of the sale of our home which happened in a very timely manner.
Mari was a joy to work with. Her friendliness and bubbly personality made the whole stressful process a joyful experience.

Thought I should update my Google review to 2020. After I enjoyed my condo for 5 years, I asked Mari to list it. She wowed me again by listing AND selling it within 24 hours. She is the “whole package” when it comes to being a realtor. Her attention to detail starts with staging the home, taking super pictures and qualifying buyers. And her attention to detail doesn’t end until the closing happens.

From 2015:
Worked with Mari in 2015 when I purchased a beach condo. Mari does not consider you "just another customer" but instead you become her friend for life. Experience and knowledge of the area are just two reasons for choosing Mari when you are ready to buy or sell.

Mary was amazing! The agent we previously worked did not have open availability for this crazy fast market & Mary was recommended by a friend. I called Mary on a Sat morning & she had us set up with the house showings we wanted to see within a few hrs! As new homebuyers we were very green to the whole process. Mary helped us work through every step and was not pushy at all, but she helped stay on top of things to ensure we got the house of our dreams! Mary isn’t only the best realtor around, but she became a friend!
