I must admit I had a terrible experience with a different real estate company and I didn’t really know what to expect but overall I had a great experience with Maria from vista realty she is very knowledgeable and experienced. She knew my budget and requirements and only showed me properties that fit within those filters . She made the process enjoyable and exciting as it should for a first time home buyer and was able to answer any questions and explain any scenarios that I came up with . When I finally found the right property for me there was one main thing that I wanted to negotiate with the seller and she made sure that the seller knew we meant business , to my surprise during my final walk through of the property I noticed the water heater had been replaced which was the main thing I was negotiating and that’s when I knew I had made the best decision in hiring Maria! Thank you again for everything we appreciate all of your hard work and wish you nothing but blessings.

I was with two different agents before coming across her. I searched for a YEAR and a half with realtors that weren’t accommodating to the details I was looking for in my home or even the area. But, When I first spoke to Cristina, she asked for even the smallest details I wanted in my home
And on the first selection of homes she sent me. We were able to put an offer on a home.
as of 12/10/21 I closed on my first home! She understood the assignment to the tea!
