Maria Demaray - Menghini

Growing up in the Seattle area with a homebuilding father, Maria was exposed to real estate at a young age. She took interest in the market’s evolution and ever-changing trends. She was fascinated by the idea of home ownership, an opportunity that should ideally be available to everyone.

In 2003, Carroll College brought her to Helena, Montana. International business and marketing studies introduced her to the local economy and community. She realized Helena was a great place to live, explore, and enjoy a quality life.

While at Carroll College, Maria was hired as the marketing specialist for Windermere Real Estate -Helena. She spent 3 years learning the ins and outs of real estate, marketing techniques, and conducting transactions. After completing my internship, she decided to pursue her real estate license, entering the business to assist clients with their real estate needs. The opportunity allowed her to put her marketing education to use by helping owners market and sell their homes.
