The first thing that impressed me about Maria was that she didn’t come to my home with a preconceived price to sell my home at. She took the time to tour the property noting every detail and upgrade to better appraise what the property would best sell for. Maria took the time to answer all my questions any time of day. Her years of experience and professional manner helped sell my home in less than a week.

Maria did a fantastic job selling my parents’ house. When my parents asked me for help selling their home, I contacted Maria because she did such a great job for me selling my home several years ago. Maria is one of the true professionals in this industry that always gives sound, honest advice and works hard every day to sell (or find) your home. It’s the little things that make a great realtor. Maria responds to calls, texts and emails immediately. She is flexible when making appointments. She is organized and diligent and that means her listings get on the market quickly and accurately. This recent sale for my parents is the second time I’ve seen her bring a good offer within days of putting the house on the market. I would absolutely use her and her team again and I would recommend them to anyone I know.

Our experience selling our home with Maria was smooth and stress-free, as she advised us on all aspects and helped us throughout the process. She started with the explanation of services she provides with listing the home and followed with detailed market analysis. We are grateful that her knowledge and experience with the local market enabled us to sell our house at the price we were seeking, receiving multiple offers the first weekend it was listed. She helped us stage the home to best showcase the updates and marketed the home with accurate and thorough descriptions. We were conveniently kept informed of showings via automatic confirmations. Moreover, Maria communicated with us as much as needed to ensure we did not miss any to-dos. When were not able to provide access for some inspection appointments, Maria was readily available to accommodate. All the way through closing, Maria was readily available and responsive. helping with coordination with settlement agents and negotiations with the buyer. We just sold our home with the help of Maria Dwyer at Berkshire Hathaway, Fox Roach. Maria made the process as easy as possible from start to finish. She gave us suggestions on what we needed to do in our house to make it more appealing to prospective buyers. We didn’t always agree with her suggestions but followed them anyway since she is the professional! It turns out she knew what she was doing!

Maria was always available to answer any questions we had and kept us informed about all the details of the sale. She is very friendly and has a great rapport with both the seller and buyer. She was always professional and we were glad that we picked her as our realtor. We highly recommend her.

My wife and I can not say enough good things about Maria. If you're looking to buy or sell a home, Maria is the only realtor you need to talk to.

This is the second home Maria has helped my wife and I buy and sell in the past 4 years. She utilized two different strategies for both sales...both of which resulted in us selling our homes fast (within one day) and getting SIGNIFICANTLY OVER over our asking price both times. She first helped us sell our first home, 4 years ago, which resulted is us getting $20,000 over the asking price. She immediately then helped us buy our next home and negotiated a deal (due to findings after the inspection was completed) with the seller that resulted in us saving over $16,000 off the agreed selling price. There was no doubt who we were going to use for our most recent sale which occurred just this past June (2021). Maria sold our home for $45,000 more than an identical house (4 houses away from ours) that closed just 10 days earlier. Need I say more?

Maria is very thorough from start to finish. She explained the process from listing the our home right down to what we could expect on settlement day.

The only thing my wife and I are sorry about is our next home purchase, which will be in Florida, we won't have Maria by our side as our trusted realtor!!!

Our realtor Maria is very professional and responsive. She is introduced by a friend. Every time before the meeting she will do the homework and prepare a pack for you. I was so surprised the time she spend on a “potential” buyer/seller. Every meeting she will arrive early to check the property first and waiting for you outside. Never waste your time. Also the most important she will provide very fair opinion. You know exactly what’s the pros and.cons. We buy/sell from her, it’s such an amazing experience

Maria is an absolutely amazing real estate agent! She not only helped us get our new home, but also represented us on the sale of our old home. She is an absolute professional who doesn't just advise you with an intent of making the quickest sale, she really gives you great feedback on positives and negatives of why you might chose a property or another. At no time did I feel like she was pushing us in one direction or another and she only gave her advice on what to do when I really was lost and asked her that directly. Otherwise, she really was more like an informative guide through the whole home purchase process. Her years of experience were extremely valuable and she always gave great insights on how to think about different scenarios that come up. She is very fast to respond, I never felt like my needs were not being looked after, even though she is busy with other clients. Overall, we can't recommend her any higher, she is the best!
