Maria Eberle is a true professional. She is honest and forthcoming with valuable information gained from her years of experience in real estate. Her communication skills are excellent. We followed her recommendations on marketing our house exactly as she outlined them to us and the result of her expertise was a sale price beyond anything we could have imagined. She was there for us during the entire process. In addition to developing a marketing strategy for our home, she provided tradesmen for each part of the work to be done, then managed each vendor for a very focused and timely conclusion of the preparations. Without reservation we recommend Maria to anyone who is looking for professional management of the sale of their house. She is a delight to work with.

I had to sell my mother's condo after she unexpectedly passed away. It was a very heart-wrenching experience for me. Maria met with me and was caring and considerate of how emotional of an experience this was going to be for me. She assured me that she would take as much of the burden off my shoulders as possible. She did all that and more. Maria was extremely responsive and on top of everything. I trusted her completely, both as a person and her expertise as a realtor. Her recommendations regarding preparation for putting the place on the market were reasonable and as it turns out, very effective. In the end, the entire process went very smoothly and efficiently. From the time that we had everything cleared out of my mom's place to the time escrow closed was only 6 weeks! I cannot recommend Maria highly enough; for her compassion, professionalism and expertise.

Maria is the ultimate diplomat. She dealt with potential buyers in a courteous and professional manner, but was able to determine how serious a potential buyer might be. Maria does not have a "hardball" style of negotiation but constantly focuses on what we got which was a win-win result. If we move back to California, Maria will be the first realtor we will call.

I have know Maria in a business arena for over ten years. She helped my nephew and his family buy their fist home several years ago, and they had a wonderful experience.
When my husband and I decided it was time to buy our retirement home the first person we turned to was Maria. She made it so easy for us, and it was unlike any home purchase we've every had before. Our wishes were totally fulfilled, and it took only four weeks, from our fist meeting with Maria, to the sale closing. Now we will work with her again, to sell our old house. I couldn't imagine getting through this process with anyone else. Maria is the best!

I cannot recommend Maria Eberle too highly! She is the best! Not only is she bright, knowledgeable, creative, and fun to work with - she absolutely puts her clients’ interests first and has the patience of a saint! Maria also has great contacts and resources. She got us in to see properties early, negotiated great price and terms, and guided two friends to excellent mortgage broker. My husband and I will always be grateful for her unwavering support, boundless energy, and beautiful spirit as we sorted through different ideas on what we needed and wanted in a home in an area new to us. Just completed a transaction with Maria, and I felt compelled to review. Often times, in this competitive Bay Area real estate market, it can be a "buyers vs sellers". type of mentality. It was so unbelievably refreshing to work with Maria. She was the beacon of teamwork throughout our deal together. She not only operated with her sellers' best interests in mind, but she was so cognizant and respectful of everyone else in the transaction as well. She made sure that everyone was communicating together, working as a team, and we all go to the ideal finish for all parties, together. I can't recommend her enough, having someone this thoughtful, caring, and compassionate is something that I don't see often in this market. On top of those qualities, she also delivered for her clients, and made all of the rest of us in the transactions big fans of hers as well. I am very pleased with Maria’s work selling my condo in Rossmoor. I feel she gave me very good advice on how to prep it to show to best advantage and then took care of getting those updates made after I moved to another state. She kept me updated on the process and responded promptly to my questions.
