Hands down one of the best real estate agents/ people I have ever met. This is my first home I have purchased but not the first real estate agent. She went above and beyond her job duties, making sure I was comfortable and understood the entire process throughout the purchase. Had multiple recommendations from broker to inspectors, and even pest control. If you ever need a real estate agent look no further than Maria.

* Update- Even two months after the sell Maria still checks in seeing how we are doing. Such a good and genuine person.

I work in new home sales and interact with numerous realtors on a daily basis. Maria always stood out to me because of how she took care of her clients. She was always attentive and would go above and beyond to ensure their happiness. That's why when it came time for me to choose a realtor to help me personally, she was the first person I thought of. Maria is absolutely fantastic. She truly has your best interest at heart and will work tirelessly to ensure your satisfaction. She's very patient, honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and most of all she has a positive attitude! I highly recommend her!

Maria made us fill at home and comfortable with all the information that we went through in looking for a home to buy. She listened, asked the right questions and made changes as she watched what we liked and didn't like. Maria was more than an agent, she became family. Maria Fabre Hickman is truly a One-of-a-Kind Real Estate Agent!

After researching areas in GA and deciding that PTC seemed perfect for our young family, I reached out to Maria just days before my husband and I's first EVER visit to GA. This was a critical trip in which we had to decide if GA (or specifically Peachtree City) was a place we were interested in relocating our family to (for my husband's work of course). I called Maria after reading her profile and also after reading a particular Yelp Review by a client who relocated from CA to PTC. I was so impressed by the review that I called Maria right away. Maria was so "real" and easy to talk to off the bat! I explained what we were looking for and that we may get to GA and decide it's not the place for us and even still, Maria agreed to show us around Peachtree City. We flew in on a Friday afternoon and drove straight to her office in PTC. Maria was ready for us and we hit the ground running on arrival to her office! She was literally our tour guide of Peachtree City, GA and surrounding areas for 6 HOURS!!!! She showed us a few homes within the expectations that we had discussed. She drove us all over PTC (and nearby areas) telling us about the local market, the incredible family community that is PTC, the fun golf cart paths, and the amazing schools. Being a native resident of PTC she was very knowledgeable and honest. Once we left Maria that evening and on the drive to our hotel, my husband and I agreed that Peachtree City, GA was perfect for us and ALSO that Maria Fabre Hickman would be the best agent to help us find the perfect home for our family!
That was just the beginning.....
My husband started working in GA immediately after our initial visit and I stayed back in Texas with our 2 kids until we were able to sell our home and find the perfect home in PTC. Maria and I spoke almost daily! She was proactive in sharing new homes which met our criteria as they hit the market . My 2nd trip to PTC was accompanied by a list of 15+ homes, that somehow Maria was able to get us into every single one to view! Unfortunately we didn't find the right one on that visit. My husband was concerned that Maria thought our expectations were too high and was tired of working with us. But I actually thought the complete opposite! And as always Mama was right (well ok I'm not always right but I was this time)! I expressed this to Maria and she laughed and genuinely said something like, Of course not! Every house you don't like and the feedback about why you don't like it just helps me in understanding exactly what you are looking for!
Fast forward to the morning that I found the house. Maria had already seen it too and thought it was a great house for us! Since I was still in TX and my husband was busy working, Maria offered to go view the house for us. After all, she had already viewed 15+ homes with us, we were both pretty certain she knew and understood exactly what we were looking for! Maria called me minutes before her scheduled showing and described in detail the curb appeal of the house, she then dialed me on Face Time and walked the entire house explaining and SHOWING the details to me! Oh Technology! :-)
This was it! It was perfect! Maria and I had agreed that we needed to get my husband to see the house in person ASAP! Maria scored again.... She worked out another showing appointment for 6pm, squeezing it in before her daughter's band concert at 7pm that same evening!
The rest is history! Everything that followed was easy! The negotiating... Maria was there 110%! The inspections... Maria was there 110%! The closing... was quick AND simple and ....Maria was there 110%!
Maria even came over on our move in day to meet our kiddos and welcome us home! We've been in Peachtree City for a month and a half and we LOVE it here! We love our new home and most importantly our kids feel at home here!
In the months that I "worked" with Maria I got to genuinely know her. I feel truly blessed to have found Maria and to now get to call her my friend.
