Establishing a partnership back in 1993 to better serve our clients, we incorporated the concept of separate representation by creating a “BUYERS” agent and a “SELLERS” agent. Norma Mayo Bailey has been in the real estate business since 1979 and Maria Celello Fay has been in the real estate business since 1986, having a combined 65+ years of EXPERIENCE and EDUCATION. Local REALTOR’S having been raised and educated in Culpeper County, Norma Mayo Bailey and Maria Celello Fay are both graduates of CCHS. They both grew up in the Rixeyville area and both started in the real estate field at the age of 18.
To better serve their clients Norma continued her education obtaining the following designations and certifications of Certified Real Estate Specialist (CRS), Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), Internet Certification for Real Estate Professionals (ePRO), and the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification (SFR).
Also continuing her education, Maria secured the designation and certification of Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification (SRF), and the Military Relocation Professional (MRP).
Norma Mayo Bailey and Maria Celello Fay both have their BROKERS license and both serve on the Grievance and Professional Standards Committee for their local REALTOR Association.
