Born and raised on the South Coast of England, Maria made the transition to America in 2001. In 2005 she met the love of her life in Texas where they have raised their blended family. Her husband’s family have owned investment properties on South Padre Island, TX since the early 80’s so, naturally her family made the transition to paradise in 2015 where they purchased their dream home in the SPI Golf Course Community located in Laguna Vista.
Maria served on the HOA Board of one of her rental investment resorts before heading up the rental management company, and serving as the Rental Board President for 4 years. Maria has always wanted to become a realtor and decided to take the plunge later in life. Her aim is to help others find their dream vacation home or investment property.
Maria is a strong believer that knowledge is power, and educates herself to better her clients. She has received several certificates and designations to assist in the home buying or selling experience.
