She knows the Nashville metro market extremely well and offered excellent comments and suggestions. She clearly takes her job seriously and cares about us as more than just a customer. My husband and I recently used Maria Holland as our agent to sell our home of 25 years and to buy a new one. While the process could be understandably stressful, Maria’s calm demeanor, experience and know-how helped us get to a remarkably positive outcome. We knew selling a 25 year-old home would require some improvements and repairs to enhance its marketability. I don’t know how to say how grateful I am for Maria Holland and her team helping me sell our house but I will try! They went above and beyond to make me feel safe in a very scary situation - every step of the way Maria and her team made sure I was comfortable and felt in power of the decisions being made. Our family members on two different occasions collaborated with Maria Holland to buy their homes in the Nashville area. We heard only superlatives about their experience. Maria Holland is highly skilled, professional, knowledgeable and diligent. She is absolutely the best realtor we have ever known. My siblings and I live hundreds of miles from Nashville and had to sell our father's townhouse remotely. She managed everything for us. The home needed plumbing repairs, decking replacement, carpet replacement, painting, HVAC repairs, cleaning and even a radon mitigation system. She located professionals and coordinated to get the work done for us. She worked flawlessly with the HOA for our estate sale and exterior repairs. She resolved every issue that arose and there were many. Before the home was ready to show, she shared the house details with other realtors and sold the house above our listing price. Due to the Covid-19 travel bans we could not retrieve the last of our father's possessions. She kindly removed these items from his home and stored them in her own basement. She's absolutely amazing.
