We highly recommend Maria's group. We worked with them remotely as we live out of state. There was good communication and very good advice in regard to preparing our house for listing. The needed improvements and staging were done well and it sold for well more than we expected.

Maria Kolick and Camille Dixon were fantastic in every aspect of the home buying process. I went to Zillow to browse, I clicked for more information on a home (with ZERO real intention on buying), and I got a phone call from Maria within 5 minutes. The conversation was very genuine and casual, and it led to me taking the home buying process serious. Maria and Camille were never pushy, they were very knowledgeable and always had our best interest in mind. A couple of months down the road, we have moved into our first home and it’s all thanks to this wonderful team. We always felt that Maria and Camille were available (at any time on any day) and they showed up at every single step of the process. Through their various levels of expertise, contacts, and enjoyable nature, we got through the one of the most stressful milestones in adulthood. They are incredible and we’d recommend them to anyone who is looking for a home.

Beginning in February of this year she helped us to navigate the sale of our home of 8 years and purchase a new home near the church where we minister, a process we completed in June. The home-buying experience, especially for first-timers, is always nerve-wracking, but with the help of Camille and Maria - it went amazing!

Ever since the day Camille came on board and helped us, she made most of our worries or anxieties about the process go away. Words truly cannot express how amazing the Maria Kolick Real Estate Group is but I am going to try...

First, and foremost, Camille is an angel sent from Real Estate heaven!

When my family and I started looking to purchase our first home we did not think we needed an agent. We thought we had it all figured out until our lender and listing agent started asking questions we couldn't answer.
