Having been raised in the Ozarks, Maria has a special place in her heart for the land, the people, and the outdoors. She grew up camping, floating rivers, and gardening, but it wasn't until her now husband, Evan, introduced her to bow hunting and fishing that she really began to appreciate the outdoors. Maria graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and worked the field for a few years, but saw an opportunity to work as a land specialist selling Farms and Recreational Property in 2015 and hasn't looked back. She and Evan have been working together to sell rural homes, farms, and recreational ground since 2017 and love working with people, their homes, and most of all, exploring new land and farms.
Evan and Maria launched TERRA Company to custom tailor their services to their clientele in Southern Missouri. As a husband-and-wife team, they gained experience through hundreds of transactions and two large national franchises. The lessons and relationships through the years led to the formation of TERRA Company which specializes in marketing and selling farms, hunting, recreational property, and rural homes on acreage. They focus in Wright, Webster, Douglas, Texas, and Ozark Counties, but have sold property in 13 Missouri Ozarks Counties.
Being owner-operators, Evan and Maria have the complete freedom to service every buyer, seller, and property uniquely while enjoying their family, living life, and making business and personal decisions on their own terms in a place they love. When not assisting their customers we can be found hunting, fishing, gardening, on the tractor performing habitat improvement, or taking in a sunset on the front porch. They love the lifestyle and upbringing that Southern Missouri provides the and their kids.
