Maria is a realtor with a lot of professionalism, and dedication. She was very kind and affectionate with our children every time we went to see a new house and throughout the process when we signed a contract.
I have worked with different realtors before and I never felt as calm throughout the process as I felt with her. I had a specific answer and time for all things every week. I understand that I as a buyer am meticulous. I really recommend Maria, and a last great highlight; she’s bilingual.

I absolutely love Maria - I’ve never met anyone so on top of their game - she’s incredibly smart. It’s so strange. Here’s a quick recap - I relocated to TN from GA & the process was gruesome. I had 2 prior failed contracts, which made it difficult in my opinion as we moved forward in TN!

I began searching realtors and reaching out to those they had homes that I loved the most. Most were not responsive or unable to understand my ask. I found maria online and immediately she began working for me like she’d known me for decades.. She was incredibly professional,diligent, and accommodating. Her customer service skills are impeccable and she’s always positive, top notch, persistent, etc. Beth and her team + Maria have exceeded my expectations every time making us more than a file.. We endured many bumps, but Maria, would always find a solution that left us in a better position. She was a constant encourager and boom!

I recommend her because she’s going to work for you without a mess. Maria is very responsive, dedicated, organized, & resourceful… Hiring her was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made I’m grateful for that!!.

Maria really took care of me and was very optimistic in the tedious process of my first time buy. She made sure i got what I wanted and at times when I was willing to settle she wouldn’t let me. I never for a second felt as if she was just there for a commission. I could sincerely tell that her goal was to get me in the house I deserved. Her resilience played a vital role in me finding the home i wanted. I highly refer to anyone buying a home and especially first time buyers that are naïve to the process. She’s my realtor FOR LIFE!

Maria was a Godsend for my family. She made our first home purchase go smoothly. She went above and beyond to get us into the home we love. Whenever we weren't knowledgeable about something she made sure we understood. Even when I was indecisive about how to match up tiles and backsplash or flooring and paint colors she was patient and understanding , and even helped me by holding up tiles and paint swatches so I could see how it would look together. She is the best and I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home.

If you're looking for a Realtor who you can trust to walk you through the complex home-buying process, give knowledgeable advise on submitting offers, be present for inspections, respond to your inquires in a timely fashion regardless of the time, help talk you off the ledge when you start stressing out and overthinking, and stay on top of lenders and other parties involved to ensure you meet your deadline, then Maria is the agent for you!

From start to finish, Maria was absolutely incredible to work with and a source of comfort during our cross-state move. Times are crazy, especially during this pandemic, and I have no doubts that our dream home would not have become ours if it weren't for Maria. Not only did we gain a new home in a new state, but we also gained a trustworthy friend in the process. Saying that we feel blessed to have met her is an understatement!
