I have made two purchases and sales with Maria. She located the properties, found me extremely friendly mortgage providers, and made outstanding profits on the sales. She is well connected with the Chamber of Commerce and business communities in Myrtle Beach, and is a Blue Star Mom whose son served in Afghanistan. She is a consummate professional, and I will acquire her services whenever I need a Realtor.

My experience with Ms. Martins was beyond superb!!! When I first met Maria, I knew I was in good hands her demeanor was joyful, calm, and caring. Maria knows her way around Myrtle Beach, the area I was thinking about relocating to a couple of years ago. Ms. Martins's professionalism and due diligence located me a beautiful home that suited my "every" need, had I relocated.
I highly recommend Maria Martins to "anyone" who's local or abroad that's looking for a new place to call home!!!
