Maria is nothing short of amazing. She literally took me step-by-step through the entire process of buying my condo in Myrtle Beach. She left no questions on answered. She was extremely attentive and precise with every detail. I live in New York and made this purchase without stepping in 1 foot in South Carolina. She then puts on her best defensive game; shrewd negotiating. And wait for it…the drumroll—after a signed contract, she plays offense with a sense of urgency. Making sure inspections happen in a timely manner. Maria never takes her foot off the gas until she has pushed it over the goal line, always keeping the seller informed along the way.
