Maria’s career began in the luxury goods industry, where she worked with high-profile clients in Miami, Florida, and executives at LVMH in New York City. This experience shaped her approach to elevated client service, strategic negotiation, and fast-paced environments, while also developing the branding and relationship-building skills that give her clients a competitive edge in today’s real estate market.
Since becoming a licensed REALTOR® in 2016, Maria has earned multiple professional designations and continues to invest in her education to stay ahead of market trends. She currently serves as Chair of the Global Business Council and previously served as the 2025 RPAC Chair for her local REALTOR® association, where she actively advocates for industry growth, global collaboration, and homeownership opportunities. She is also a member of the 2026 Charity Advisory Board at Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage.
In 2025, Maria launched her real estate sales team, the MCMT Global Team, which includes Maria Mendoza as Head of training & sales, a full-time sales associate, a full-time transaction coordinator, and two virtual social media assistants. Together, the team is carefully structured to deliver a seamless, elevated experience for every client.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Maria brings a bilingual advantage and global mindset to her work, offering cultural awareness and personalized strategy in every transaction.

We can't say enough about our experience with Maria Mendoza, of CRG Realty in Myrtle Beach. Circumstances dictated that we sell our elderly parent's home in Horry County, South Carolina, after moving them into a local assisted living facility. After that move was completed and we were back in New England, without a good plan regarding the house sale, from 800 miles away, a family friend in SC suggested that we contact Maria. After the first phone conversation with her, we entered into a contract, and she took over immediately. Her crew conducted a 'deep cleaning' of the interior of the empty house, pressure washed the exterior, touched up the landscaping, took photos of the home and property and advertised within a week. We had two offers within the first three weeks, that didn't work out for various reasons, but accepted an offer a few weeks later. She organized a 'remote closing' and the property was sold, without us ever returning to SC, or ever meeting her in person. Thank you, Maria! On a scale of 1 to 10, we rate Maria's work as an 11, and highly recommend her to anyone considering buying or selling in the Grand Strand area of South Carolina.
