Ms. Ortiz made our home shopping experience an absolute wonderful experience. We weren’t sure what we were looking for and she showed us a multitude of homes paying careful attention to the things we liked. Through the process of showing us homes, Ms. Ortiz was able to pin point the type of home we wanted. The amount of patience and understanding she gave us through the tedious process of buying a home is truly outstanding. I’m fairly sure she sold us our forever home, but if I ever have to buy a home again she is definitely my go-to person.
