We have moved more than 9 times and have never experienced the level of service, support, guidance and ethics that Maria and Kat Rampinelli, and their team provided. They guided us every step of the way from helping us re-arrange and stage our home to make it stand out, to creating a breath taking photo shoot, virtual tour and marketing plan that resulted in an offer less than 24 hours after our home went live and 7 offers within 6 days.
They took the time to make sure we understood every offer and rather than swaying us one way or another, they educated us so we could make a good decision. They were available 24/7 to answer any question and helped guide us through the contract signing to inspections, all the way to the time we closed. Maria Rampinelli, Kat Krannich and Michael Cuozzo, were our “realtor team” from Berkshire Hathaway in North Caldwell, NJ. They are a great solutions team and used every resource available to promote our home from staging, open houses, inspections, negotiations and closing. They went way above and beyond our expectations and helped us in so many ways. We moved 3000 miles away and Maria Kat and Michael gave us peace of mind in keeping an eye on the house and trying different staging techniques to attract buyers. They handled so many unique challenges that couldn’t be foreseen.
Maria, Kat and Michael are super professional, highly organized, know the market’s shifting winds and were in constant communications with us. We discussed sales strategies and they executed the plan by placing our property on all the critical websites and followed-up with potential buyers and agents.
