Had a great experience working with Maria & Rich selling our condo. Maria brought me a very qualified list price buyer within one day of listing with her. Subsequent to that, the process was completed with very little input from me. Handling the lawyers, title insurance, town inspectors, everything was taken care of. Maria & Rich are professionals and made swift work out of what can be a difficult event if you don't have the right people.

I have sold my primary residence & an investment property in the last year & a half to move out of N.J. Maria Rini & Rich Gneiding at ReMax did a superior job on both properties. Maria and Rich came highly recommended to me and I am so glad we got the opportunity to work together. Maria and Rich were truly with us for every step of the way and were quick to return any calls or questions we had. We have heard many horror stories of first time home buyer experiences however with Rich and Maria in our corner we had a smooth home buying experience. The Welcome Home Team delivered everything they promised -- and then some! Maria's knowledge and experience inspire confidence AND produce immediate results. She and her team went into action and staged and listed my home quickly and efficiently. During the darkest days of the COVID-19 lockdown, a steady stream of prospective buyers viewed the property. She kept working, even when I temporarily postponed selling, and the day my home was back on the market there were several bids above asking price! Rich's support and referrals to service providers proved invaluable, and they even connected me with a terrific attorney who led me through a seamless "virtual" closing. From our initial visit, Maria Rini was professional yet straightforward. Maria shared her expertise and let us know what needed to be done. When we decided to place the house on the market in March, the town went under self-quarantine and everything needed to be placed on hold. Maria understood our concerns and we decided to postpone showing the house until things started to improve which was May. During the weeks while we were waiting, Maria continued to contact us and reassure us when we were ready, she would be too. In May, during one of our discussions, we spoke of a virtual open house to attract buyers. On May 11th, a virtual tour with Cory was performed to show our property. An open house was done for two days only on the 15th & 16th of May. Who would have thought that we would have put our home on the market and sold it during a pandemic?

Maria, Richard, Cory and the entire ReMax team were great. We would highly recommend their services. You will not be disappointed.
