Marie is the absolute best! She is knowledgeable, knows market trends, housing stock in the area, and understands what it takes to close the deal. I would not use another agent……. The staff at Sotheby’s is also the best. They made every part of my listing to closing an easy process. If you want your house sold or to buy something, go to Maria, she will get it done!

Maria is the only agent I'd ever use down here at the Shore. She has handled 3 transactions for us and every one of them have been flawless. With maria, you always know what is going on and never feel "lost" in the process. Most importantly, as a buyer, she represented us and actually encouraged us to stand firm on a lower offer; where a lot of agents would have agreed to offer more!! When commission is tied to buying price, too many agents only think of their commission. Maria actually does what is right for you, the buyer. You won't find that in too many agents!!!

Maria positively went above and beyond to help us find the best fit for what we were looking for. She spent countless hours showing us all the properties we threw at her, then some.
