began her career in 2007 with LAR Reality where she gained experience as a producing agent and property manager. She then began working as an insurance agent in 2004. This background enables her to provide risk reduction and cost effective guidance and suggestions to her real estate clients. In addition being skilled in the selling and acquisition of properties, Maria is familiar with the local neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, and city ordinances. She also utilizes the latest real estate programs and technology to locate and advertise properties. Her knowledge, combined with utilization of the latest technology, assists her in finding clients the right property and/or buyer. She believe in every transaction, during every open house, in each processing of documentation, the customer comes first. in which each client is supported and heard every step of the way. After college she was given the opportunity to manage properties in rent control in Los Angeles. Specializing in Multi-Family Property Management, Maria quickly decided she wanted to learn all the bells and whistles to negotiating,
creative financing, and real estate investments. In 2008, she obtained her license as a Real Estate Broker. In 2010, Maria launched her own Real Estate Brokerage in Eagle Rock, CA. In 2013, she decided she wanted to join a larger office, to expand and network, so she joined KW in Pasadena. In 2016
