From the very first moment Teresa walked up the path of my mom's house in Chappaqua she impressed me with her knowledge. We were listing the house my mother lived in for over 60 years. It was tired and needed a little love before listing it. Teresa was so incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout the process. She helped secure the right people for the work at very reasonable costs. She was knowledgeable, as one would expect. However, she was also... always available, unfailingly kind and thoughtful, good with staging suggestions, good with understanding the intricacies of the transition - sometimes the highest offer is not the best offer for good reasons. My sister and I felt so secure that one thing in the craziness of transitioning my mother to her final home was being taken off my shoulders. HIGHLY recommend. Seriously. Look no further.
