Maria was instrumental in helping us find our first home! The home buying process was overwhelming at first, but she was always available and responsive to our questions to make sure we were set up for success. Maria went out of her way to help us search for homes out of her local region and drove up regularly for showings to make sure we could see homes on time in a competitive market. She even connected us with local lenders and reputable inspectors to make sure we were supported throughout the closing process. I had a family emergency which required closing 1 week earlier than anticipated, and Maria handled the accommodations with ease and timeliness to ensure a smooth closing. We highly recommend her as a realtor!

Maria did such a fantastic job of marketing and selling my home. She was professional, knowledgeable, very personal while still being direct regarding what I needed to do to help sell the home. Being in a different season of life, Maria quickly grasped our particular situation and anticipated so many of our different needs. Using her in depth knowledge of the Florida real estate climate she was able to short cut our searching efforts eliminating unnecessary visits to houses that would never match our criteria.
We came from Virginia for a five day exploratory visit to determine neighborhoods and areas where we might begin to look for housing and get a lay of the land overview. Marias quick grasp of our needs allowed her to lay out an itinerary that used actual house visits that gave us both overview and details of the market and the soul of Palm Coast. After three days of looking we decided on a brand new brick maintenance free home with the knowledge that at our age we would have little to worry about for the next ten years.
We returned to Virginia and Maria shepherded all the details and we closed eight days later. Thanks Maria!

Maria came over before we listed the house to provide us with input on some home improvements to complete and to help us with staging. Our house was listed and pictured beautifully. We had multiple showings and offers because the pictures were even available with the listing. We had multiple showings and offers over a 2 day period before accepting a wonderful offer on our home. All questions were answered after we accepted an offer and the process was smooth until closing.
