Born and Raised in West Boylston, Massachusetts, Maria Troka, there are few agents who are familiar with the local real estate climate as much as Maria is. With family that is fully engaged in the local real estate industry, the importance of the market, and the buying and selling process has been instilled in Maria for as long as she can remember. Maria remembers attending her father's showings as a child, making deals for a portion of his commission if the home sold while she is there. That should have been a good indicator she would later become a top 3% producing Realtor in Central Massachusetts (2022). Maria has had the pleasure of getting to experience the full gamut of both residential and commercial real estate since getting licensed in 2019. Through countless hours of education and marketing training, she has been able to build a customized portfolio of services for each client.
