We enjoyed a "win-win" experience with Maria Walley! She helped us find the perfect downsize condo solution and guided us through the process of selling our house in short course. Maria was responsive to our calls and questions and was always able to fit us into her schedule. She recommended able and supportive businesses to help in staging the house, moving and securing loans. Her knowledge of the area was invaluable in guiding us in the right direction. We appreciated her supportive, but non overbearing demeanor. She was there when needed, but never pressured us to make decisions. She always respected our opinions. Maria has been a great realtor. I live out of town and would call her a few days before heading to Cincinnati about looking at condos and she always made time for me. The one time she couldn't, she had someone from her office help me out. She patiently went around with me viewing homes for a year and a half and I finally found the perfect place. Couldn't be happier.
