With starting the process of buying a home for the first time, my husband & I had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. Right off the bat, Mariah & Earl were beyond helpful with giving us advice & recommendations, to then giving us encouragement when we got discouraged starting with the finding a lender process to actually finding the perfect home for us. And of course we were entering a crazy house market! It took a few months, but we finally found the perfect first home for us. Mariah & Earl really looked out for us during the entire process & made sure we fully understood every step & never sugar coated anything because they wanted to make sure we knew all the details of every step & what we were getting ourselves into. My husband and I just sold our house for sale by owner. Mariah and Earl were our buyers agents. Most sellers don’t generally interact with the buyers agents, but in this case, they were our life savers! They both went above and beyond to help us, as the sellers, to make sure we understood everything. They genuinely were looking out for what was best for us. By no means did they have to spare their time for us. But never did they act like we were a bother to them what so ever, even with our thousands of questions! We 100% could not have had better agents to work with. They made everything seamless for both parties!

Mariah is out of this world the best (team - her and Earl) ever!!! I started as a for sale by owner after failed attempts with other realtors Mariah and Earl had my house up on the market and sold in 7 days!!!! It was amazing how they work like a well oiled machine! If I could give 10 stars I would! From the first day of driving all over Columbia and back through Lexington Earl was right beside us. Mariah and Earl have both calmed our nerves throughout the entire process. I cannot say enough kind words for Earl and Mariah. My wife and I both work odd hours at our jobs and they found the time to work with us and guide us along the process. They worked tirelessly from start to finish to ensure we were getting top dollar for the house we were selling. They assisted us in staging our house and setting up appointments for all needed repairs. Their social media presence and listing for our house got us under contract to sell in 4 days! Earl and Mariah are the agents you want selling your house!

When It came to purchasing our new home they were awesome! They listened to what we were looking for, showed a lot of options, and eventually found us our dream home. Mariah and Earl were able to negotiate a great deal for our new home as well! We couldn’t have found better agents to help.

Mariah and her husband Earl worked with me for almost 2 years searching for the perfect house. At every step of the way they made sure to put my wants and needs before "making the sale". They made numerous trips to the area I was looking at buying a home in, which was over 40 miles one way, over the course of the 2 years to view homes with me. I had a low budget, but at no point did that stop them from trying just as hard to find me a home as they would a higher budget client. People think realtors are out to make their money and go but Mariah and Earl proved to me very early on that they only cared about finding me a home that I felt comfortable in. Even after we closed they still check in on me. I cannot recommend a better realtor to you. They are genuine good hearted people that enjoy what they do and just want to help. The phrase "above and beyond" was written FOR Mariah. It describes her perfectly. My fiance and I were in over our heads trying to get my father in law's house ready to be sold. Within days of meeting Mariah and Earl, such a weight was lifted from our shoulders because we could immediately tell we were in the right hands. They are kind, passionate, knowledgeable, friendly, and as I said already, went above and beyond for us in so many different ways. We literally could not have done this without them.
