I have been in real estate for about 710years now. I have many transactions under my belt. From small manufactured homes to large million-dollar homes, I do some commercial work. I sold some hospitality real estate hotels, Airbnbs. I have sol a lot of land. I am active in the Phoenix, Prescott, and Flagstaff/Williams market. I know William well. I am a graduate of the Real Estate Institute. In addition, I have the rCRMS credential. I received extra schooling to reduce risk management in a real estate transaction. I am very familiar with wells in Arizona, septic systems as well. And of course residential housing. I am a good orator. I community with my clients, explain what is happening. I also have a Master's degree in Photography. With your listing comes a free set of photos comparable in quality to Architectural Digest. I make your listing stand out. BEST LAND REALTOR EVER!!! MaRiane Kooistra is amazing, friendly, upbeat and helped me to acquire the perfect land. I highly recommend her professional and knowledgeable experience. MaRiane Kooistra is the most friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, honest, and PATIENT Realtor my husband, Bob, and I ever knew. (And we both had many real estate transactions over our 70+ years.) We both appreciated that she was so helpful explaining to us how to do things “online”—something we’re not so good at doing; and when we actually did something correctly she reassured us and cheered us on. And sometimes when Bob called her multiple times she would patiently clarify something in a friendly manner and then she always made sure we understood. She also encouraged us to call her any time, which was very helpful.

We wish MaRiane a very long, happy, and interesting career in Real Estate!

Ms Kooistra is probably the most competent and professional real estate agent I have ever uses. She is always hustling and doing things to benefit the client. She is a virtual bulldog When I take my time and drag my feet. She makes things happen and for that I am grateful. Her knowledge of local conditions is amazing. She has done her research and it shows in her job.
