Hello my name is Crystal & Marianna helped my boyfriend & I purchase our first home. As it was our first time we had limited knowledge on the home buying process. Right when we connected with Marianna she gave us a thorough idea on what to expect & what the entire process looks like. Once we got to the phase of walking homes she called out different imperfections on homes that could be a great concern when buying and costing us in the long run even with resale. We finally landed on the perfect home after about a month which was faster that what we expected. Marianna took care of all communications with the seller and made the process much less stressful since she had everything covered. Marianna is very resourceful and can put you in touch with lenders, inspectors, etc. I would definitely recommend Marianna as she is detail oriented and is available any time you have any questions or concerns. Even upon closing she gave us a bottle of champagne to congratulate us which was such a great touch. Definitely recommend her!

Marianna helped us buy a second home in Scottsdale. The whole transaction was done remotely due to us living in Colorado and she made the process so smooth and stress free. My experience with Marianna was truly exceptional, and I cannot conceive of a more positive real estate experience. I had a rather unusual situation with a relative who had to move into a memory care facility, and there were a number of hurdles & challenges beyond simply selling her home. These included an imminently impending foreclosure, irregularities in the hierarchy of trustees & power of attorney, a property filled to the absolute brim with stuff, and (to my eyes) a rather thorny tangle with opaque second/reverse mortgages. Any one of these issues would have made the whole process a complete nightmare for someone like me, with zero experience in any of those realms, but from the very beginning Marianna was beyond helpful, far beyond what was required of a real estate agent. At every step, in every phase, and at every new (often unforeseen and headache-inducing) development, Marianna made it absolutely clear to me that we, as a team, would find a solution; and while she always kept me in the loop with remarkable responsiveness 24/7, it was her expertise, persistence, and ability to connect us with other exceptional professionals as necessary that made everything happen. It is no exaggeration for me to say that the whole project would have been literally impossible without her; the experience was not only successful financially, but working with Marianna was indeed an absolute pleasure. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Marianna should have her own rating system because 5 stars is not enough. Moving from out of state she made the experience beyond easy. She got us, she really understood what we wanted and she delivered! At times I wondered if we were her only clients because she was always available and always there for us. Marianna is awesome. We are extremely satisfied the way Marianna handled the search for our house from beginning to end. We met her by going to an open house that she was holding, explaining what we wanted. We connected immediately. She stayed with us for 16 months. We encountered covid delays and personal issues which caused us to put our house search on hold. Marianna constantly reminded us "I am with you through the end." She came through and found us a beautiful home. Being out of state, Marianna would skype with us any house we were interested in seeing. She is the best! She negotiated on that property and we were in escrow within one day. She also helped find my parents a dream home.
