Marianne Harder

Marianne Harder has been living and working in the local community of The Sea Ranch for over 35 years. After working professionally in hotel management, she began her real estate career in 2005 as a licensed Sales Agent. In 2007 Marianne and her husband Steve, who has been in real estate since the 1980s, opened their own brokerage. Steve and Marianne live full-time at The Sea Ranch where they were married in 1983 and where they purchased their first lot in 1986. In collaboration with a local architect and general contractor, the Harder's have designed, built, and remodeled homes at The Sea Ranch and understand well what makes the coastal lifestyle so special. Marianne is passionate about the community's values and about guiding her clients through a positive and successful buying/selling experience.

Marianne is a specialist in luxury properties and for consecutive years a recipient of numerous production awards for sales volume as a top producer. In June 2016 Marianne and Steve sold their award-winning Coldwell Banker brokerage to two of their Sales Associates. With her enthusiasm and full-time commitment to providing exceptional service to her clients, Marianne remained with the brokerage for 3 years. In November 2019, Marianne joined Liisberg & Company who is an exclusive boutique brokerage specializing in real estate at The Sea Ranch. The office of Liisberg & Company works as a team to better serve clients and agents every day of the year and provide seamless marketing and sales services with every real estate transaction. Liisberg & Company focuses advertising on state-of-the-art graphics, complemented by its professional website and multiple marketing tools.
