Marianne comes from a business background and owned her own printing company before moving to beautiful Brookings. She is an experienced investor herself. She has worked with investment groups, development and developers, builders, vacant land and acreage and 1031 IRC exchanges. She has been devoted to real estate for nearly 20 years, earning many educational designations. She is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) and has a designation from the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS).
