She has extensive experience in customer service and building relationships. She has 20+ years of experience as a finance director at Colgate Palmolive where she managed cross-functional projects and reporting on a global basis.

This background provides her with the ability to do “whatever it takes” to provide the best customer service to potential sellers and buyers. She is an expert in listening, negotiation, communication and delivering the final result.

She is a 30-year White Plains resident and grew up in Yonkers. Marianne has a wonderful husband of 35 years and two amazing children who continue to exceed her expectations. Her husband's expertise as a general contractor has provided her with extensive knowledge of home construction and improvement which helps her to provide insights to her clients.
