Purchasing a home, especially for a first-time home buyer, can seem like an overwhelming and daunting task. However, with the right realtor this experience can be an enjoyable and fulfilling process. From the moment I met Marie, I knew she would be the realtor that would help me achieve my goal of becoming a homeowner. She’s genuinely a kind person and a force to reckon with in this competitive market. It’s evident that Marie is knowledgeable and passionate about the real estate industry. Sure enough, in less than one week (yes, less than ONE week in this crazy housing market)Marie found my dream home and submitted an offer on my behalf. She submitted my offer, stayed in constant communication with the seller’s realtor, and we opened escrow the following day. She knew what I wanted in a home and she made it happen. I was not expecting things to happen so quickly because of how competitive things are right now. She made it happen.
